State will close down a building — again at Mississippi State sports

Mississippi State’s Wednesday game at Auburn marks the final game at Beard-Eaves Memorial Coliseum before the Tigers move into a new arena in the offseason.

Here’s a neat note: State also played the final game at South Carolina’s Carolina Coliseum in 2002, winning 64-57, and the final game at Kentucky’s Memorial Coliseum in 1976, losing 94-93 in overtime.
